Another key to having great match ratings is to go to the Logic settings and turn up the % number of times you go for a pin while the opponent is in middle damage (which leads to more near falls) and turn down the % number of times you go for a pin when the opponent is near death. It can really be a drag to have a great match on the King's Road setting, win by an abdominal stretch, and have the match rating suffer for it. Sony at one point did make a PS2 memory card USB adapter, which they don't anymore, but it is the method I used sometime in '08-'09.
